Challenge
In late summer 2003 the owners of BoydPage, a local commercial real estate brokerage, decided to separate and divide their business. Partner Ed Page, along with a dozen specialists in retail properties, planned to launch an independent company that would begin life as Houston’s foremost retail real estate advisor. Edge Creative Strategies was engaged to counsel and serve the nascent enterprise. |

Contributions
Edge worked closely with company leaders in addressing branding issues and then in developing a name for the new enterprise, its graphic identity, signage and business materials, a launch strategy, trade advertising, direct-mail materials and a Web site. |

Summing Up
The company, officially launched in November 2003, is now at work serving clients ranging from AMC Theaters and Borders Books to Yankee Candle and Zany Brainy. |
