Commerical real estate developers are rarely known for their creative marketing. We know of an exception. Granite Properties, the owner, manager and developer of commercial real estate in three major cities, gave Edge Creative Strategies opportunities to work in many areas of its corporate planning and marketing—all with an eye toward creating a distinctive culture and marketing its benefits.
Meeting with Granite’s executive team, Edge’s principals facilitated extensive brand-development work, after which our staff created a great variety of materials for new-business cultivation. Some of our favorite creative collaborations are the direct mail pieces sent to commercial brokers over the past three years.
Projects for Granite have included extensive market research; branding; collateral marketing materials for the company, its buildings and services; and the direct mail we mentioned previously.
